Equitap is committed to wide dissemination and communication of its work. Comparative analyses by the network are typically first published in preliminary form as Equitap working papers, and then in peer-reviewed journals. Equitap work is also published in other ways, including in books and reports by other agencies. Equitap investigators also share and present their findings at many conferences and symposia.
The standard methodologies and protocols used in Equitap work are outlined using Equitap Technical Guidelines and Technical Notes, which are updated when necessary. These are not publicly available outside the network, but those interested should contact us. The World Bank Institute has published a set of guidelines for health equity analysis using household survey data, which assemble most of the technical notes and guidelines produced during Equitap 1. This can be purchased online from (Amazon).
